The multi-partner design enables customers to use a single Seal One device to access applications and services from all Seal One partners. Communication is encrypted individually for each partner using their own key material, ensuring that no third party can gain access to another partner’s data.

The system was developed with the aim of enabling customers to use a Seal One device at various participating merchants. Customers who hold multiple accounts with one or more banks also only need a single device.
